IGT Toscana – Sangiovese & Syrah

Made primarily from Sangiovese, this direct-press rosé is vinified and aged entirely in amphora to preserve the purest expression of the grape. The colour is pale with delicate peach reflections. The nose reveals subtle aromas of redcurrant, white melon, orange zest and dried flowers. On the palate, the texture is smooth, almost velvety, supported by delicate freshness and fine tannins. The amphora brings crystalline purity and a slightly saline finish, with no heaviness. A characterful rosé, dry and precise, crafted for the table more than for aperitif.
