135 hectares in the heart of the Val d’Arno

La Corneta spans 135 hectares in the heart of the Val d’Arno, Tuscany, within the Chianti Colli Aretini DOC and the Valdarno di Sopra DOC. The estate includes 30 hectares of active cultivation, 95 hectares of forest, two lakes, and a beautifully restored Tuscan residence that preserves the charm of the original architecture. We are deeply committed to protecting our land, embracing organic farming and the renewable use of natural resources — including geothermal energy and rainwater harvesting.

STILE

The House

At the top of the property, the historic house of La Corneta overlooks the rolling hills of the Val d’Arno. Eight years of restoration were needed to bring this traditional Tuscan residence back to life, respecting its original architecture — natural materials, balanced volumes, and open views of the landscape. Today, it embodies the soul of the place — a bridge between past and present, rural heritage and refined living. Every detail was considered with care, for a home that welcomes, endures and inspires.

BREEDING

The Horses

Five pedigree horses roam freely across the estate, bringing movement, presence and a deep connection to the land. Ridden for quiet forest outings or simply observed in their daily rhythms, they contribute to the balance and vitality of La Corneta. The breeding is guided by respect — for the animals, for the environment, and for the harmony of the place.

NATURE

The Lakes

Tucked into the wooded folds of the estate, our two natural lakes play an essential role. They supply water to the crops through a gravity-fed system, reducing environmental impact and promoting autonomy. But these still waters are also spaces of quiet and beauty — between reeds and reflections, a place to pause, breathe, and reconnect. A rare moment of serenity in untouched nature.

EVASION

The Forest

La Corneta’s forest stretches over nearly 100 hectares of gentle slopes, thickets, mature trees and dense undergrowth. Once a historic hunting ground, it is now a thriving ecosystem and a haven for wildlife. It reflects the estate’s deep relationship with the natural world. Here, one can walk, observe, and let go. It is a place of silence and freedom — inseparable from the identity of La Corneta.
