La Corneta is a holistic agricultural project, born from the desire to restore land that had long been left untended. Every plot has been carefully designed, cultivated and enriched to support a diversified, fully certified organic production. Hazelnut trees, apple orchards, truffle grounds, vegetable gardens, heritage wheat, sunflowers and hay meadows — each crop follows a logic of balance, quality and self-sufficiency, in harmony with the soil and natural cycles.
